RESOLUTION NO. 1999-78
RESOLUTION DEDICATING PROPERTY FOR RIGHT-OF-
WAY PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described property, be and the same is hereby
dedicated for right-of-way purposes :
Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
of Section 13 , Township 89 North, Range 13 West of the
Fifth Principal Meridian, described as follows :
Commencing at the Southwest Corner of said Southwest
Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 13 ; thence
North 0°31 ' 07" West, 125 . 68 feet; thence North
89°28 ' 53 " East, 35 . 08 feet to the easterly right of way
line of Logan Avenue (U.S. Highway 63) ; thence North
1°20 ' 35" West, 180 . 98 feet on said right of way line to
the existing southerly right of way line of Esther
Street and the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North
89°22 ' 21" East, 628 . 61 feet on said right of way line to
the existing westerly right of way line of Sherman
Avenue; thence South 0°33 ' 10" East, 31 . 00 feet on said
right of way line; thence South 89°22 ' 21" West, 628 . 19
feet, parallel with and 31 . 00 feet southerly of the
existing right of way line of Esther Street, to the
easterly right of way line of Logan Avenue; thence
