ROBERT DICKSON AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
rDH SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

71 ' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Indemnity Agreement dated February 22 , 1999 in
conjunction with the salvage rights to 102 East 4th Street, by and
between Robert Dickson and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
