E' RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APFROVAL OF PLANS,
p � t� r SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CCNTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 1999
RIGHT-OF-WAY MOWING.
w ° ni WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
td. :prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
tstimated cost, etc. , in conjunction with the 1999 Right-of-Way
Ncwing, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
C;
Ej WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
n? prliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, estimated
cost, etc. , in conjunction with the 1999 Right-of-Way Mowing,
which were preliminarily approved on February 8, 1999, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 1,
1999, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimated cost, etc. , in conjunction with the 1999
Right-of-Way Mowing, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the
same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of March, 1999 .
