RESOLUTION NO. 1999-89
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE "C-2,C-Z"
CONDITIONAL ZONING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST
CORNER OF SAN MARNAN DRIVE AND KIMBALL AVENUE
FOR DEVELOPMENT OF A BURGER KING.
WHEREAS, it has been proposed that the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, approve a "C-2,C-Z" Conditional Zoning site plan
amendment for property generally located at the southwest corner
of San Marnan Drive and Kimball Avenue for development of a Burger
King, and legally described as follow:
Lot Four (4) and Lot Five (5) of Tower Park
Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on March 1, 1999, at 7 : 00
p.m. at City Hall Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, as provided by
law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on the proposal
to approve said above mentioned site plan amendment, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site
plan amendment should be approved as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the "C-2,C-Z" Conditional Zoning site
plan amendment for property generally located at the southwest
corner of San Marnan Drive and Kimball Avenue for development of a
Burger King, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of March, 1999, and approved
by the Mayor this 3rd day of March, 1999.
