o o p zThat the bid of Midwest Irrigation,.L•L.C. , of East Dubuque,
Illinois in the amount of $326, 623. 00, for the South Hills Golf
Cour'se Irrigation System, described- in the specifications
heretofore adopted by this Council for3aid project, after public
hearing on published notice required oY law, be and is hereby
0 :accepted, the same being the lowest bi received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor or the construction of said
improvements, said contract not tone binding on the City until
approved by this Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st d of March, 1999 .
