BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Midwest Irrigation, L.L.C. , of East Dubuque,
Illinois, for the South Hills Golf Course Irrigation System, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 1st day
of March,- 1999, together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said contract signed by the Cincinnati
Insurance Company, of Cincinnati, Ohio, as surety thereon, be, and
the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of March, 1999 .
