• �� µ YSection 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 8th day of March, 1999, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract and notice to bidders in
conjunction with F.Y. 1999 Windows on Waterloo, Phase V, STP-ES-
8155 (32)-81-07, Contract No. 579 .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of March, 1999 .
