0 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, estimated cost,
etc. , in conjunction with the F.Y. 1999 River Road Walkway
Lighting, Contract No. 574, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, estimated cost, etc. , in
conjunction with the F.Y. 1999 River Road Walkway Lighting,
Contract No. 574, which were preliminarily approved on February
15, 1999, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 8,
1999, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimated cost, etc. , in conjunction with the F. Y. 1999
River Road Walkway Lighting, Contract No. 574, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of March, 1999.
