WHEREAS, on March 8, 1999, at 7 : 00 p.m. in the City Hall
Council Chambers a public hearing was held by the City of Waterloo
concerning the F.Y. 1999 Windows on Waterloo-Phase V, Contract No.
579, STP-ES-8155 (32) -81-07, and
WHEREAS, no objections were made to the proposed
construction of said project .
BE`IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that this project may proceed to the letting and awarding of this
contract .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be hereby
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the Iowa
Department of Transportation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of March, 1999 .
