WIIT Z{LQO, IOWA, that the following described property:

`' 1' An easement Ten (10) feet in width, crossing a
point of the former Waterloo, Cedar Falls and
Northern Railroad right-of-way, part of vacated
Fairbanks Drive and part of Lots Two (2) and Three
(3) in Sherwood Park, a sub-division in Sections
No. Sixteen (16) and Twenty-one (21) , Township No.
Eighty-nine (89) North, Range No. Thirteen (13)
West of the Fifth Principal Meridian in Black Hawk
County, Iowa, the Southeasterly line of said Ten
(10) foot strip being described as follows;
Beginning at a point on the Northerly extension
of the Westerly line of Lot Nine (9) , Auditor' s
Whitney Road Plat in Section 16 and 21-89-13, said
point being Twenty-four and Two Hundredths (24 . 02)
feet North of the most Northerly corner of said
Lot Nine (9) ; thence deflect right from said
Northerly extension 61°42' 15" Eighty and Seven
Tenths (80 . 7) feet; thence deflect right 4°31' 55"
One Hundred Sixty-one and Twenty-one Hundredths
(161 . 21) feet to the point of termination of said
line . The Ten (10) foot strip is bounded on the
West by the Northerly extension of the West line
said Lot Nine (9) and on the East by a line which
deflects left, from the last course described at
the point of termination, 110°07' 45", all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa .
