BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Right-of-Entry Agreement dated March 8, 1999, to allow
access to the pump station on the levee located behind 1000
Rainbow Drive by and between Northland Oil Company of Waterloo,
Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of March, 1999 .
