l "WHgREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 5th day of April, 1999, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of Dr.
Robert Landau to rezone from "R-4" Multiple Residence District to
"C-1, C-Z" Commercial Conditional Zoning property generally located
on the southwest corner of Park Avenue and South Street to use
existing building for a hobby shop legally described as follows :
Lot 1 Block 33 Southeast 40 feet Lot 2 Block 33 and 10
feet adjacent Lot 1 Block 33 on Southeast, formally
known as West Park Avenue right-of-way, all in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of March, 1999 .
