T `BE IT- 1 ESQLVVD BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa .
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 22nd day of March, 1999, for the purpose
of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate, sell and
convey the alley generally located in the block bounded by
Jefferson Street, Commercial Street, West Park Avenue, and West
3rd Street to Community National Bank, and legally described as
follows :
That part of the 20 feet platted alley in Block No. 6
in the Original Plat on the West Side of the Cedar
River that lies Northwesterly of a line 10 feet
Southeasterly of the Southeasterly line of Block No. 6,
said Addition, (said line being the Northwesterly line
of Park Avenue as now established) , and Southeasterly
of a line that is an extension of the Northwesterly
line of the Southeasterly One-half of Lot 9, said Block
and Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
for $1 . 00, plus costs .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of March, 1999 .
