f TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.

rWHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 5th day of April, 1999, for
the purpose of considering an amendment to "R-4 ,R-P" site plan for
Guernsey Park to change the tower condominiums from 3 stories to 6
stories tall and to reduce the number of accesses to Maxhelen
Boulevard from 4 to 1, legally described as follows :
Lot 8, Guernsey Park Second Addition, all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of March, 1999 .
