, H O DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY

T g7 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated March 8, 1999, for a Physical
Infrastructure Assistance Program Agreement for a forgivable loan
in the amount of $150, 000 . 00 to aid in site preparation for
Waterloo Industries Project in downtown Waterloo, by and between
Iowa Department of Economic Development and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8tr day of March, 1999 .
