That the bid of Paulson Electric Company of Waterloo, IOWA:
in the amount of $80, 669. 00, for the F. Y. Ra Iowa,
Lighting, Contract No. 1999 River Road Walkway
Lighting, adoptedont by574, described in the specifications
heretofore published this Council for said project, after
hearingd, thing the lowestredd byhereby
law, be and is hereby
received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
hereby directed to execute
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City
approved by
this Council. until
