E_ 03N WHEREAS, the Ancient Order of Hibernians is planning a
QPa tick' s Day Procession on Wednesday, March 17, 1999,
WHEREAS, the Ancient Order of Hibernians is requesting
that parking be allowed in the No Parking Zone located on 4th
Street between Adams and Sumner Streets near Sullivan Park
during the 2nd Annual St. Patrick' s Day Procession on March
17, 1999.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of the Ancient
Order of Hibernians to allow parking in the No Parking Zone
located on 4th Street between Adams and Sumner Streets near
Sullivan Park in conjunction with the 2nd Annual St .
Patrick' s Day Procession on Wednesday, March 17, 1999, be and
the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15t'' day of March 1999.
