rf BE jT' RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Permanent Utility Easement, dated March 15, 1999, from
Lockard Development conveying unto the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
certain real property in part of Tower Technology Park Plat No. 1,
described as follows :
Lockard Development-Permanent Easement
A part of the NE 4 of the NE 4 and the SE 1/ of the NE 1/1
of Section 9-88-13 , Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
described as follows :
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the NE 4 of the
NE % of said Section 9; thence S 00°26' 14" E along the
West line of the NE 1/ of the NE 1/ and the SE 1/ of the
NE % of said Section 9 a distance of 1360 . 51 feet to
the Northerly R-O-W line of U. S . 20 and the point of
beginning; thence S 89°37' 22" E along said Northerly R-
O-W line a distance of 600 . 00 feet; thence N 00°26' 14" W
a distance of 50 . 00 feet; thence N 89°37' 22" W a
distance of 600 . 00 feet to the West line of the NE % of
the NE % and the SE 1/ of the NE 4 of said Section 9;
thence S 00°26' 14" E along the West line of the NE 1/ of
the NE 1/ and the SE % of the NE 1/ of said Section 9 a
distance of 50 . 00 feet to the point of beginning, all
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
The West line of the NE % of the NE % of Section 9-88-
13 , Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa is assumed to
bear S 00°26' 14" E;
be and the same is hereby approved and accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of March, 1999, and approved
by the Mayor on the 17th day of March, 1999 .
