BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Paulson Electric Company of Waterloo, Iowa,
for the F. Y. 1999 River Road Walkway Lighting, Contract No. 574,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 15t' day
of March, 1999, together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said contract signed by the United Fire &
Casualty, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the
same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of March, 1999 .
