--,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
th,it the Temporary Construction Easement, dated March 15, 1999,
from Hurst Holding Company conveying unto the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, certain real property generally located next to Highway 20
on - the south portion of Tower Technology Park, to provide an
access road to the development site in conjunction with Tower
Technology Park described as follows :
Hurst Holding Company-Temporary Easement
A part of the NW 1/ of the NE % of Section 9-88-13 ,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as
follows :
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the NW 1/ of the
NE % of said Section 9; thence S 00°26' 14" E along the
East line of the NW 1/ of the NE 4 of the said Section 9
a distance of 303 . 15 feet to the point of beginning,
which is the centerline of an unnamed public street as
platted in Tower Park, Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa; thence S 38°31' 18" W a distance of 669 . 99 feet
which is the centerline of a 50 . 00 foot wide easement,
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
be and the same is hereby approved and accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of March, 1999, and approved
by the Mayor on the 17th day of March, 1999 .
