tr+ CONTRACT NO. 607 .
` WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
-heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, estimated cost,
"etc. , in conjunction with the F.Y. 1999 Washington Street Parking
Lot Island Paving, Contract No. 607, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
., WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, estimated cost, etc. , in
conjunction with the F.Y. 1999 Washington Street Parking Lot
Island Paving, Contract No. 607, which were preliminarily approved
on March 8, 1999, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 22,
1999, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimated cost, etc. , in conjunction with the F.Y. 1999
Washington Street Parking Lot Island Paving, Contract No. 607, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved
as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of March, 1999 .
