x WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1999-134, plans, specifications,
fb 'm of contract, estimate of cost, etc. , in conjunction with F.Y.
1999 Washington Street Parking Lot Island Paving, Contract No.
0 607, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted
a. by this Council after the hearing prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of March, 1999.
