ti < oWHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
m oIg cfore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
tl'pr gsed plans, specifications, form of contract, estimated cost,
w ett). in conjunction with the F.Y. 1999 Street Reconstruction
Program, Contract No. 594, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and

CWHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, estimated cost, etc. , in
conjunction with the F.Y. 1999 Street Reconstruction Program,
Contract No. 594, which were preliminarily approved on March 8,
1999, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 22,
1999, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimated cost, etc. , in conjunction with the F.Y. 1999
Street Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 594, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of March, 1999.
