n, -J$E IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
thg fhe Offer and Acceptance Agreement dated March 22, 1999, in
the ,amount of $548, 856. 00, by and between Hurst Holding Company,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for property generally
located on San Marnan Drive westerly of Tower Park, legally
described as follows :

of the NE k of Section 9-88-13, Waterloo,

Commencing at the Northeast corner of the NW
k of the NE - of said Section 9; thence S
00°26' 14" E along the East line of the NW k of
the NE k of said Section 9 a distance of
463 . 53 feet to the point of beginning; thence
S 00°26' 14" E along the East line of the NW k
of the NE k and the East line of the SW k of
the NE k of said Section 9 a distance of
896. 98 feet to the Northerly R-O-W of U. S.

be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
