E IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
thf.J the Promissory Note dated March 22, 1999, in the amount of
$5`c8, B56. 00, by and between Hurst Holding Company, Inc. and the
Cif Waterloo, Iowa, for property generally located on San
Matriari_ Drive westerly of Tower Park, legally described as follows :

Commencing at the Northeast corner of the NW
