,v' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS-:FOLLOWS
11 `` Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 7: 00 p.m. on the 12th day of April, 1999, for the purpose
of considering and acting upon a proposal to sell and convey
property located at 607 Dearborn Avenue to Wayne Natham, and
le ad cescribed as follows :

Tiat part of Lot 1 Sunshine Subdivision that lies
Northwesterly of a line beginning at the Southernmost
corner of said lot, thence Northeasterly along the
Northwesterly right-of-way line of Dearborn Avenue
forty-nine and four tenths feet (49 .4 ' ) , and continuing
along an extension of the last described course to its
intersection with the East line of said lot ; and also
West of a line twenty feet (20' ) West of and parallel
to the East line of said lot, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
for $57, 350 . 00, plus costs .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of March, 1999 .
