RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF EASTSIDE
2 0 0 0 MINISTERIAL ALLIANCE TO HOLD "WAY OF THE
I a'': v CROSS" PROCESSION ON APRIL 2, 1999, IN
ti THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,

`"' WHEREAS, the Eastside Ministerial Alliance is planning
a "Way of the Cross" Procession starting at 12 : 00 noon on
April 2, 1999, and
a-
WHEREAS, the Eastside Ministerial Alliance is
requesting the "Way of the Cross" procession begin at First
Lutheran Church, 118 High Street; proceed along East Fourth
Street; north to Newell Street; then east to Mobile Street;
south on Mobile to Payne A.M.E. Church, 1044 Mobile Street
starting at 12 : 00 noon on April 2, 1999 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of the Eastside
Ministerial Alliance to hold the "Way of the Cross"
procession to begin at First Lutheran Church, 118 High
Street; proceed along East Fourth Street; north to Newell
Street; then east to Mobile Street; south on Mobile to Payne
A.M.E . Church, 1044 Mobile Street starting at 12 : 00 noon on
April 2, 1999, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of March 1999.
