BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Professional Lawn Care of Waterloo, Iowa, for
the F.Y. 1999 Right-of-Way Mowing, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and
the City Clerk as of the 22nd day of March, 1999, together with
the accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said
contract' signed by the Merchants Bonding Company, of Des Moines,
Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of March, 1999.
