'y BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Services Agreement dated March 22, 1999, to provide
'Incident Command Training to volunteer firefighters in conjunction
with Hazardous Materials Regional Training Center, by and between
State Fire Marshal, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
;44.Te; in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
