CLERK, TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section; 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 5th day of April, 1999, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the F.Y.
1999 Concrete and Structure Repair Program, Contract No. 596, in
the City of Waterloo and the taking of bids therefore.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of March, 1999.
