RESOLUTION NO. 1999-167
RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS THE WATERLOO HOUSING
AUTHORITY, APPROVING SALE AND CONVEYANCE OF
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 806 CLOVERDALE UNDER
HUD SECTION 5 (H) PLAN FOR SALE OF SINGLE
FAMILY HOUSES UNDER THE PUBLIC HOUSING
HOMEOWNERSHIP PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the Waterloo Housing Authority is requesting the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve sale and
conveyance of property located at 806 Cloverdale under a HUD
Section 5 (h) Plan for Sale of Single Family Houses under the
Public Housing Homeownership Program, and
WHEREAS, this resolution is consistent with the needs and
objectives of the goals under the grant for Family Self
Sufficiency Program of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Council has approved sale
and conveyance of property located at 806 Cloverdale under a HUD
Section 5 (h) Plan for Sale of Single Family Houses under the
Public Housing Homeownership Program.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that this resolution is hereby approved for
submittal to the Department of Housing and Urban Development .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April, 1999 .
