RESOLUTION NO. 1999-171
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR
EXCEPTION TO BURNING YARD WASTE FROM WATERLOO
LEISURE SERVICES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application for Exception to Burning Yard Waste from
Waterloo Leisure Services to burn approximately 3 acres of prairie
grass located in the Katoski Greenbelt, north of the shelter on
Ridgeway Avenue during April 6 - 16, 1999, be and the same is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April, 1999 .
