RESOLUTION NO. 1999-173
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR
EXCEPTION TO BURNING YARD WASTE FROM CENTRAL
MIDDLE SCHOOL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application for Exception to Burning Yard Waste from
Central Middle School to burn approximately 2 acres of prairie
grass on property located in front of Central Middle School
between their parking lot and Katoski Drive, during April 5 - 6,
1999, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April, 1999 .
