RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE OF ASPRO, INC. &
SUBSIDIARIES OF WATERLOO, IOWA FOR THE F.Y.
1999 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM, CONTRACT
NO. 594 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Aspro, Inc. & Subsidiaries of Waterloo, Iowa,
for the F.Y. 1999 Street Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 594,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 5th day
of April, 1999, together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said contract signed by the United Fire &
Casualty Company, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as surety thereon, be,
and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5tn day of April, 1999 .
