RESOLUTION NO. 1999-182
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH CRAIG
RITLAND, LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT AND IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated April 5, 1999, for construction
inspection services at a cost not to exceed $56, 570 . 00, in
conjunction with the F.Y. 1999 Windows on Waterloo-Phase V,
Contract No. 579, STP-ES-8155 (32) -81-07 by and between Craig
Ritland, Landscape Architect, Iowa Department of Transportation,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April, 1999 .
