RESOLUTION NO. 1999-185
RESOLUTION APPROVING COLLECTIVE BARGAINING
AGREEMENT WITH TEAMSTERS LOCAL #238 AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Collective Bargaining Agreement dated April 5, 1999, for
three years beginning July 1, 1999 through June 30, 2002, with a
3 . 5 percent wage increase each year, by and between Teamsters
Local #238 of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April, 1999 .
