RESOLUTION NO. 1999-187
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH EARTH TECH OF WATERLOO AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated April 5, 1999, in
the amount of $70, 000 . 00 in conjunction with replacement of the
Anaerobic Lagoon cover, by and between Earth Tech of Waterloo,
Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April, 1999 .
