RESOLUTION NO. 1999-188
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH
GOVERNOR'S ALLIANCE ON SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated April 5, 1999, for funding in the amount
of $291, 713 .46, with city' s allocation of $185, 126 .20 with local
match of $46, 281 .55, in conjunction with the Tri-County Drug
Enforcement Task Force, by and between Governor' s Alliance on
Substance Abuse, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April, 1999 .
