RESOLUTION NO. 1999-191
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CERTIFICATION OF
UNPAID MOWING AND CLEANUP FEES IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
WHEREAS, Iowa Code Section 364 . 12 (3) (h) allows municipalities
to certify unpaid mowing and cleanup fees to the benefited
property as a lien.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk, be and the same
is hereby instructed to certify to the Black Hawk County Treasurer
all unpaid lot mowing and cleanup fees as contained in the
attached schedule now on file in the City Clerk' s office.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April, 1999 .
