RESOLUTION NO. 1999-192
RESOLUTION APPROVING F.Y. 2000 OPERATING
BUDGET FOR PUBLIC HOUSING: RIDGEWAY TOWERS
APARTMENTS AND FAMILY HOUSES.
WHEREAS, the proposed Operating Budget for the fiscal year
2000 for Ridgeway Towers Apartments and 7 Family Houses owned and
operated by the City of Waterloo, has been presented to and
reviewed by the Waterloo City Council, and
WHEREAS, it is hereby determined that the proposed
expenditures are necessary in the efficient and economical
operation of these housing projects for the purpose of serving
low-income families; that the financial plan is reasonable in
that :
(1) It indicates a source of funding adequate to cover all
proposed expenditures, and
(2) It does not provide for Federal funding in excess of
that payable under the provisions of these regulations,
and
(3) All proposed rental charges and expenditures will be
consistent with provisions of law and the Annual
Contributions Contract, and
(4) Certification as required by HUD Notice PIH 90-1 that
all positions identified do not exceed 100% of any
individual employee ' s time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Operating Budget for
the fiscal year 2000 for Ridgeway Towers Apartments and 7 Family
Houses, as proposed to the Waterloo City Council, be approved,
adopted and submitted to the Department of Housing and Urban
Development for concurrence.
