RESOLUTION NO. 1999-195
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 1999
SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM-ZONE 10, CONTRACT NO.
593 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, estimated cost',
etc. , in conjunction with the F.Y. 1999 Sidewalk Repair Program-
Zone 10, Contract No. 593 , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, estimated cost, etc. , in
conjunction with the F.Y. 1999 Sidewalk Repair Program-Zone 10,
Contract No. 593, which were preliminarily approved on March 22,
1999, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 12,
1999, and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimated cost, etc . , in conjunction with the F.Y. 1999
Sidewalk Repair Program-Zone 10, Contract No. 593, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of April, 1999 .
