RESOLUTION NO. 1999-206
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON APPLICATION OF
COMPREHENSIVE SYSTEMS, INC. TO REZONE FROM
"C-Z" CONDITIONAL ZONING DISTRICT TO "R-2"
ONE AND TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHEAST
CORNER OF RICHLAND DRIVE AND MIDWAY DRIVE, AS
MAY 3, 1999, AT 7 : 00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL
CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING. •
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 3rd day of May, 1999, for the
purpose of considering and acting upon an application of
Comprehensive Systems, Inc. to rezone from "C-Z" Conditional
Zoning District to "R-2" One and Two Family Residence District
property generally located on the southeast corner of Richland
Drive and Midway Drive to convert building from an adult
vocational center to a group home for the mentally challenged,
legally described as follows :
Lot W-87 of Cedarloo Park, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of April, 1999 .
