RESOLUTION NO. 1999-207
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE REQUEST
OF MICHAEL DERIFIELD FOR A SITE PLAN
AMENDMENT TO THE "C-Z" CONDITIONAL ZONING
DISTRICT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2210
LAFAYETTE STREET AS APRIL 26, 1999, AT 7 : 00
P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 26t'' day of April, 1999, for
the purpose of considering the request of Michael Derifield for a
site plan amendment to the "C-Z" Conditional Zoning District for
property located at 2210 Lafayette Street for the construction of
a new building, legally described as follows :
That part of Lot 1, Block 1 NW of RR and that part of
Lot 2 Block 1 NW of RR, Cottons Addition, all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
