RESOLUTION NO. 1999-210
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE
VACATION OF THREE 8' 8" UTILITY EASEMENTS
LOCATED AT 877 BELLE STREET AS MAY 3, 1999,
AT 7 : 00 P.M. IN CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS,
WATERLOO, IOWA AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK
TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 3rd day of May, 1999, for the purpose of
considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate three 8' 8"
utility easements located at 877 Belle Street for the construction
of a storage/changing building, legally described as follows :
The 8' 8" perpetual easement lying South of and
adjacent to the Northerly line of Lot 104 Cedar Terrace
Third Addition, except that part lying 8' 8" West of
the East line of said lot;
Also, the 8' 8" perpetual easement lying North of and
adjacent to the most Southerly line of Lot 104 Cedar
Terrace Third Addition, except that part lying 8' 8"
West of the East line of said lot;
Also, the 8' 8" perpetual easement in Cedar Terrace
Fourth Addition, that lies South of and adjacent to the
most Southerly line of Lot 104 Cedar Terrace Third
Addition, except that part lying 8' 8" West of the East
line of Lot 104 Cedar Terrace Third Addition extended
Southerly; all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of April, 1999 .
