RESOLUTION NO. 1999-211
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE REQUEST
OF SCHENK ENGINEERING ON BEHALF OF THE OLD
COUNTRY BUFFET FOR A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO
THE "S-1" SHOPPING CENTER COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
FOR PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE
NORTHWEST CORNER OF FLAMMANG DRIVE AND
CROSSROADS BOULEVARD FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A
HOMETOWN BUFFET RESTAURANT, AS MAY 3, 1999,
AT 7 : 00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND
INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF
HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 3rd day of May, 1999, for the
purpose of considering the request of Schenk Engineering on behalf
of the Old Country Buffet for a site plan amendment to the "S-1"
Shopping Center Commercial District for property generally located
on the northwest corner of Flammang Drive and Crossroads Boulevard
for the development of a Hometown Buffet Restaurant, and legally
described as follows :
Lot 3, Crossroads Plat No. 2, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of May, 1999.
