RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE OF B & B BUILDERS
SUPPLY OF WATERLOO, IOWA FOR THE F.Y. 1999
CONCRETE AND STRUCTURE REPAIR PROGRAM,
CONTRACT NO. 596 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of B & B Builders Supply of Waterloo, Iowa, for
the F.Y. 1999 Concrete and Structure Repair Program, Contract No.
596, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 12t''
day of April, 1999, together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said contract signed by the Merchants
Bonding Company (Mutual) , of Des Moines, Iowa, as surety thereon,
be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of April, 1999 .
