RESOLUTION NO. 1999-214
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE OF PETERSON
CONTRACTORS, INC. OF REINBECK, IOWA FOR THE
F.Y. 1999 DEMOLITION FOR WATERLOO INDUSTRIES
SITE, PHASE II, CONTRACT NO. 606 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Peterson Contractors, Inc. of Reinbeck, Iowa,
for the F.Y. 1999 Demolition for Waterloo Industries Site, Phase
II, Contract No. 606, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City
Clerk as of the 12t'' day of April, 1999, together with the
accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said contract
signed by the Seaboard Surety Company, of Baltimore, Maryland, as
surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of April, 1999 .
