RESOLUTION NO. 1999-217
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH SHAWN
HOTTLE AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that an Agreement dated April 12, 1999 to extend for one year at a
cost of $250 . 00, to lease 27 . 8 acres of property generally located
at the southwest corner of U.S. Highway 20 and Kimball Avenue, by
and between Shawn Hottle of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12t'' day of April, 1999 .
