RESOLUTION NO. 1999-218
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSULTING AGREEMENT
WITH KIRKHAM MICHAEL CONSULTING ENGINEER AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Consulting Agreement dated April 12, 1999, to analyze the
justification of a new interchange with Ansborough Avenue on the
controlled access to U.S. Highway 20, with costs not to exceed
$39, 792 . 00, by and between Kirkham Michael Consulting Engineer,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of April, 1999 .
