RESOLUTION NO. 1999-220
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT AND NOTICE TO BIDDERS IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE HIGHWAY 218/CEDAR VALLEY
LAKES TRAIL-PHASE III, STP-ES-8155 (33)-81-07,
CONTRACT NO. 585, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO AS
APRIL 26, 1999, AT 7 : 00 P.M. AT CITY HALL
COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 26th day of April, 1999, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract and notice to bidders in
conjunction with Highway 218/Cedar Valley Lakes Trail, Phase III,
STP-ES-8155 (33)-81-07, Contract No. 585 .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of April, 1999 .
